I did find the eminent scholars archive from the University of Cambridge Squire Law Library, one scholar in the archive being Martti Koskenniemi from the University of Helsinki.
The Library links to various UN electronic databases, to the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (LCIL), and other electronic resources (incl. EU law and international law resources).
