Jaanika Erne
Jaanika Erne, M.A. EU Law, King's College London, 2008; M.A. Law, University of Tartu, 2004; LL.M. Public International Law, University of Helsinki, 2003; PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu. In 1987-1999 J. Erne has studied Theology and although those studies remained unfinished, they have influenced her understanding of the World. J. Erne has read courses about protection of human rights and rights in Europe at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu for eleven semesters. For two years she was a lecturer at the Institute of Political Science and Governance of Tallinn University. Her two most recent courses were "Accountability and Review of EU Institutions" and "External Relations of the EU". Areas of interest: public international law, human rights (moral, political and legal aspects), global politics, global and EU governance, international policy- and decision-making.
